Shipping policy
Made to order. Every Real Victims shirt is printed after you order it. Nothing sits in a warehouse.
Production time. Printing and packing takes 2 to 5 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting holidays.
Delivery time (after your order ships).
- United States, standard: about 3 to 4 business days.
- United States, express (if offered at checkout): about 1 to 3 business days.
- Canada, Europe, and the rest of the world: about 5 to 20 business days.
Most US orders arrive within 1 to 2 weeks of ordering. These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, holidays, and address problems can push them back.
Tracking. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Customs and duties. International orders can be charged import fees by your country. Those fees are paid by the buyer.
Wrong or incomplete address. Double check your address at checkout. If a package is returned because the address was wrong or it went unclaimed, we can reship it, but the reshipping cost is on the buyer.
Lost package. If your order hasn't shown up and it's past the estimated delivery date, give it a couple more days, then reach out. Claims for lost packages need to come in within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
