Refund policy
Printed just for you. Every shirt is made to order after you buy it. Because of that, we don't accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, wrong color, or change of mind. Please check the size chart on each product page before you order.
Something wrong with your shirt? We fix it free. If your order arrives misprinted, defective, or damaged, we'll send a free replacement (or a full refund if a replacement isn't possible).
How to claim:
- Use our contact page within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and a clear photo of the problem (and the label, if it's a sizing defect).
- We'll confirm and get your replacement made. You don't need to mail anything back unless we ask.
Lost in transit. Tell us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll investigate and replace or refund.
Cancellations. Orders go to print fast. If you need to cancel, contact us right away. Once printing has started we can't cancel the order.
Refunds. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.
